Copper Clad

Oil cooler

Currently, CS-Tech is in the process of developing this product with the aim of reducing the number manufacturing processes, decreasing the costs, and improving the quality. Production process will differ from the existing copper brazing process that uses Cu filler. In particular, for producing oil coolers, streamlining the manufacturing process of copper thin plate will boost productivity while maintaining the same functions held by those of existing products.


Bus bar

The weight of existing electrical component products could not be reduced easily due to the heavy weight of the copper material, but this issue has been solved through aluminum cladding. This product is designed in a way that can most effectively exert its electric properties while having lightness through the application of aluminum to the parent material.

Exhaust system

This product has been developed with the objective of reducing its weight and enhancing the NVH performance compared to stainless steel and existing SACD materials. It is a functional material that suits the recent lightweight trend well. The corrosion resistance of stainless steel, as well as the light weight and sound absorption capacity of aluminum, can further enhance the performance of exhaust system products.


Tail trim

This product is lighter and has better moldability than existing stainless steel products. It can be applied in various designs and has its key focus on the lightness of aluminum and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

Clutch wear plate

CS-Tech is in the process of developing this product produced in a way that is different from the existing casting process. It is being developed with the objective of enhancing the heat radiating function so that it can be used for clutch wear plates that require high solidity and heat radiation.


Oil pan

This product has been developed as a substitute for bonded steel plates imported from overseas markets (Nippon Steel Corporation) and to reduce the weight of the material. It is a functional product that can satisfy both the weight reduction and solidity requirements.


Bearing

This product was developed to be applied in highstrength bearing parts to reduce their weight. The production process is also different from that of the existing casting process. It has great frictional heat radiating function and is also suitable for auto parts requiring weight reduction such as the parts of electric cars.


Dash panel

This product has been developed to achieve weight reduction and NVH performance enhancement compared to existing SGCC high-tensile steel products. The key objective of its development was to reduce the weight and secure solidity. Moreover, each of its bonded materials suits the needs of our clients well.
